Monday got underway with me heading over to Global Morning Regina. While at Global, I did a quick four minute live segment outlining all that is good about barley. I brought lots of great barley dishes for them to enjoy.
Once I finished at Global I headed over to CTV for a taping of their Noon News, Wheatland Café. I was interviewed by CJ Katz; we had a great time and you can look for that interview to air March 27, 2013.
I’m heading back home to Calgary tomorrow for another busy day, this time I’ll be hosting Gwendolyn Richards and renowned food critic John Gilchrist of the Calgary Herald and CBC as well as extensive food blogger Julie Van Rosendaal and Liana Robberecht, head chef at the Calgary Petroleum Club.
The four of them will be coming by for lunch to learn about our new website and all the great recipes great recipes.
